3. Return Process

3.1 Return Authorization Before returning any products, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

3.2 Return Conditions The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

3.3 Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

4.1 Reimbursement If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

4.2 Timing of Refunds We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or from the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
